It takes about sixty seconds and it returns one weak element and the Vastu direction tied to it, along with the remedies matched to that pairing. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a substitute for a full chart reading.

No. Everything in this catalogue is organised by elemental imbalance and by Vastu direction, both of which you can identify from how you feel and from the layout of your home.

A birth chart adds precision, and it becomes relevant if you later book a one to one session. It is not required to choose a crystal, a bracelet or a Vastu tree.

They do different jobs. A crystal is placed in a specific zone of your home and corrects that zone. A bracelet or locket travels with you and works on the imbalance rather than the room. A Vastu tree is a permanent, visible correction for a direction, and it carries more weight than a small stone.

If you are starting out, a crystal or a bracelet is the usual first step. Trees suit a home you have just moved into or a zone you already know is weak.

As a general rule, the left wrist for receiving and settling, and the right for drive and outward action. So Earth, Water and Space remedies go on the left, and Fire on the right. Air works on either.

If a bracelet feels wrong on one side, move it. The rule is a starting convention, not a constraint.

Every order ships with an explainer card naming the imbalance the item addresses, why that specific stone was chosen for it, and how to place or wear it.

Vastu trees also carry a fold-out placement guide showing the correct direction for a home or an office.

Rinse most stones under running water once a month and dry them fully. Leave them in indirect morning light for an hour afterwards. That is enough for ordinary use.

Two exceptions. Selenite dissolves in water, so clean it with a dry cloth only. Pearl is organic and should not be soaked or exposed to perfume, so wipe it and store it away from other stones.

Yes. Every stone in this catalogue is natural, untreated unless the product page says otherwise, and sourced from suppliers we buy from directly rather than through resale channels.

Natural stone varies. Colour, banding and inclusions differ from piece to piece, and two bracelets of the same stone will not look identical. That variation is the evidence that the material is real.

Orders are packed and dispatched from our facility and shipped with tracking. You receive the tracking reference by email as soon as the parcel leaves us, and the delivery estimate for your pincode is shown at checkout before you pay.

Fragile items, which means the Vastu trees, ship in a structural protective box at no extra cost.

Yes, on unused items in their original packaging with the explainer card included. Start a return from My Orders in your account, or write to us and we will open it for you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The exact return window and refund timeline are set out on the Shipping and Returns page.

Checkout is hosted by Wix and handled by its payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, and no card data is held on our systems.

Card payments, UPI, net banking and wallets are supported through that gateway. Your bank or the gateway may apply its own authentication step.
